How To Order

Step 1

Order online through our website or contact us via phone or WhatsApp - we're always happy to help you create your perfect piece.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a free, secure collection pack in the post. This includes a guide on how to send your ashes, breastmilk, hair, fur or other inclusions, a pre-paid return envelope, and a ring sizer if needed. Please note customers outside the UK will need to cover a tracked postal service from their destination for the safe delivery of their keepsakes

Step 2

We only need a teaspoon of ashes or a pinch of hair to create your jewellery, unless otherwise instructed. Return your pack to us and we'll start crafting your memorial jewellery or keepsake. We will also send a text to confirm we have received your pack safely and to discuss how you would like the ashes / hair etc set in the jewellery.

Step 3

Once your jewellery or keepsake is ready we'll send a photo over to check you are happy. The it will be posted to you along with any unused inclusions (hair / ashes etc)using Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will receive tracking details so that you can monitor it's journey and sign for it upon arrival. Postal cost is included in the amount you pay at checkout.

Step 4

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully wrapped, along with any unused inclusions, care instructions and a polishing cloth, ensuring everything is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Every step is handled with sensitivity, respect and full tracking for your peace of mind.

The Story Behind Aurora's Soulstones

Hi, I'm Jennie, the maker behind Aurora's Soulstones.

I created Aurora's Soulstones just last year, following the loss of our beloved pony Aurora at the tender age of 7. She was my daughters whole world and a huge therapy and comfort as we navigated a medically complex life.

In the weeks after Aurora passed, we found it healing to create memorial jewellery together as a way of keeping her memory alive. We didn't feel we could move forward without her, the shock was so great. But by creating memorial jewellery containing her ashes, we were able to hold her close and face the next chapter.

Whilst coming to terms with our loss, I realised the deep importance of physical keepsakes, and decided to share my craft with others going through the same sense of loss, or indeed those wanting to treasure a journey. I am grateful that this experience brought me back to my artistic roots; to skills I had feared were forgotten and thanks to a wonderful friend who encouraged me, I felt confident to practise over several months before opening my business to customers in the Autumn of 2025.

As a new business, my aim is to build trust and offer a gentle, compassionate service where every piece is created with the utmost care, respect and understanding. I know how much these keepsakes mean, and it is a true honour to be entrusted with your memories. I am proud to have received 5 star reviews from every single customer so far and I pride myself on listening, communicating and creating exactly what my customers have envisioned or hoped for.

In memory of Pip, a strawberry roan full of cheekiness, who was Jo’s whole world. Pip was Jo’s first pony who she saved up for at the age of 20. Jo only had clippings of Pips fur, but it was enough for us to set in a beautiful fan within her chosen pendant and scattered within a bracelet. I’m honoured to call Jo a friend I’ve made through Instagram and I’m genuinely so touched that she trusted me to create this pendant with the tiny bit of Pip she had left. In loving memory of Cookie, a best friend and trusted side kick, missed dearly by Zoe 🖤 Cookies ashes were set into Carbon resin to honour her coat colour, with a little sprinkle of diamond dust for sparkle - a beautiful ring for a beautiful little soul.
I added the earrings as my gift to Zoe; my thanks for supporting my business and placing trust in me.
It’s rare I get to work with black resin but I absolutely loved the way these pieces turned out for Zoe. A little update from me!
You can now find all 48 of our colours made up into pendants and available for you to view and expand in our ‘colour range’ page! This is one of the most frequent things I’m asked for, as it is so hard to imagine how a colour will look in real life. You can also see examples of how hair, fur, ashes and baby teeth can be set in resin, on our ‘Gallery’ page, along with videos of the creation process.
Finally, a clear and concise ‘how to order’ page, detailing each step of the process from ordering, to receiving your jewellery.

Wedding bouquet memorial charms are officially live on the website! I had so many requests for these and several customers pencilled in for their summer weddings, so having created two beautiful sets I can now share them with you all!

For those who want to carry the memory of a loved one close on their special day, these charms are designed to attach decoratively to a bouquet, honouring a loved one or beloved pet who cannot be there in person.

I have two styles available and can add additional pendants if more than one loved one is to be included.

Clip on style: includes a magnetic sparkle locket which can hold a photo or memorial resin, with a second setting area on the reverse of the round ‘verse’ pendant. Shown here is a tree of life design incorporating the bride and grooms Birthstone colours with her horse’s hair

Tie on style: The decorative pendant can be swapped out for a sparkle pendant if requested and additional charms can easily be added.

Both styles are supplied with a keyring so that the memorial pendants can become a keychain or handbag charm after the wedding ♥️

Yesterday I created a new addition for my website, not really thinking about how it would make me feel, in my usual ‘working head’ space. But as I de-moulded my little ‘Heart song dove’ my throat caught and tears welled up, because it so perfectly represents our beautiful Aurora - gentle, inquisitive and full of life. It reminded me of a poem - one I’ve struggled to find the Author of, or I would credit them here. I know it will resonate with many of you so I shared it below.

My ‘Heart song dove’ is added to the website and I’m currently creating her smaller counterpart which will be available alongside tomorrow. For my example, I am casting our darling Copper who we lost in 2024. These doves can be cast with scattered ashes or hair, or alternatively I can create a small heart or paw from ashes, hair or fur, which is set suspended inside the dove (examples on the way!)

Something I have wanted to offer for some time now as an accessibly priced piece of memorial jewellery 💕
Priced at £49.99 per bead, which includes me sending out a collection pack with return post included. The only extra for you to pay is postage at £3.80 tracked. I have specifically priced these in a way that keeps my customers costs to a minimum, so they will be sent in a protective pouch along with my usual little extras, by large letter post.

One of the questions I’m often asked, is whether I can combine colours, or create effects in the resin for my customers pieces. And the answer is yes! Resin doesn’t behave like paint, but it is possible to create colour gradients, pearlescent shifts, galaxy effects and Aurora skies.
Here I worked with several colours creating a swirling galaxy effect, setting the ashes into the same pattern. The finished pendant catches the light so beautifully and creates a colour shift as it moves.

Isn’t this just beautiful? Our Stella pendant, in the colour ‘tidal’, with a starburst of cremation ashes. This is such a tactile, smooth piece, which is really important to me as I know how frequently we all reach for our memorial pendants. This is a real favourite of mine to create, blending darker tones into the points of the star and keeping the resin multi-tonal through the centre. The finish is a piece that really draws you in and creates interest, a special memorial to a loved one.

The past week has been all about surprises ~ the sweetest customers who have been choosing jewellery and keepsakes for their friends and family. Some for special occasions and others ‘just because’ ~ isn’t that beautiful?

Crocheted in either soft feel chenille yarn, or tight knit acrylic yarn for more complex coat colours and markings, these handmade keepsakes are a beautiful way to remember a beloved horse or pony.
Each pony will come with a 3d resin heart pendant, which can contain cremation ashes, horse hair or fabric from a rug or headcollar, created in your chosen colour with matching ribbon.

My reason for now being a memorial jeweller.
Because until we lost Aurora, I had no idea that the hardest, most painful part of grief would be the constant searching and noticing. Noticing every robin, every feather, every sunrise and rainbow - searching for a sign that she was still with us. Because the idea that she was gone was unfathomable and cruel. The price of loving, and being loved so deeply. And then, 3 months into the most unrelenting grief, I held in my hands a pendant containing her ashes. And that was the first moment I could breathe easily. It felt like bringing her home and reassuring her she would never be left behind or forgotten. That she would stay with us and be with us always. I have a box full of jewellery and one piece I never take off - my Aurora necklace. It is how I have learned to continue loving someone I can no longer reach.
And that is why I do this. To offer the same comfort to others that I felt when I put that pendant on. That moment of exhaling and feeling at peace. Finally able to move my feet forwards 🤍

Thank you everyone 🥹 I have had so many messages today about these bracelets and I’m so grateful to you for trusting me as I branch out and start adding these to my collection. I am offering these sterling silver bracelets at £40 for the next month as an introductory offer. If you are ordering one, please note that you will need to send me your horse hair - as I’m creating these at an introductory price, there just isn’t wiggle room to send out collection packs! All you’ll need to do is seal your horse hair in a food bag / ziplock bag and place it into a padded A4 envelope. I will send you the address to use by text, once I receive your order.
Horse hair does not need to be washed - I look after that process as part of my preparation, and I need around 30cm of hair preferably all / mostly the same length. Don’t worry if you have a thick section of hair and don’t want to handle it - I will take care of sectioning it for you and you will receive back any hair I don’t use. I am also more than happy to use tail hair from 2 or even 3 horses within one bracelet.

A very special collection of jewellery and keepsakes for my customer Sara, in memory of her beloved horse Anna - I had to hold back tears as I boxed it all up on Saturday to post! So many memories and so much love encapsulated in each piece.
Sara is receiving my first horse hair plaited bracelet - a skill I have been practising for months before I felt brave enough to create one for a customer. The findings are all silver and I am currently making these at cost whilst I gain more experience.
The ring is 9ct rose gold set with ashes and diamond dust for added sparkle to lift the dark coloured ashes and create contrast against the orchid purple. I created the rose gold pendant to match and added some of Anna’s tail hair which Sara had really hoped for. Our evermore bear holds Anna’s ashes in a heart pendant and I added a bear hug memorial ornament and a heart to hold as my thanks for trusting me with such a precious order. It means the world and I felt. so proud sending it all to Sara today. Beautiful pieces to remember a beautiful horse.

This order sat very close to my heart. A family ‘heart to hold’ to remember Olly, a beautiful golden retriever who loved his family for 16 wonderful years. As I held his fur, considering how best to cast it within a resin heart, my own golden retriever Bailey rested by my feet, letting out a big sigh as he acknowledged my emotion - a poignant reminder of how special these souls are and how short a time in our lives we get to love and treasure them.
For Olly’s heart, I cast a small clear resin heart full of his fur on day one, which I then carefully placed into the main heart mould once cured. Ollys family chose a mixture of Pearl and sparkling White for his stone, to reflect the way his coat lightened in his golden years and this perfect framed the fur heart. With the fur I had left over, I chose to gift a set of keyrings, one for each family member, holding a small reminder of Olly so that everyone can keep him close. A special memorial for a very special family dog. Thank you Suzy for trusting me with your gorgeous boy x

In Memory of Zebedee, who lived his golden years with Catherine after a career as a 4 star eventer. Catherine chose Snow White opal to reflect Zebedees grey coat and I packed as much opal into the base as possible to create sparkle alongside the ashes.
Catherine received a free pair of matching earrings - my gift as thanks for choosing my small business and placing trust in me.
A ring like this is usually around 2 hours of work, once all the prep is complete, with lots of time spent meticulously checking each stage - although you can sand back, you never want to make mistakes in how precious ashes are placed. It’s a responsibility and I give it the time it deserves, whilst also being mindful that UV resin begins to set within a few minutes!
With every single order I prepare myself for tears to fall. Simply handling the ashes of a person or animal is an emotional weight and I always give time to simply honour them.

A deeply symbolic ocean / beach scene. The place so many of us are drawn to in grief, where nature takes control allowing us to let go. The ebb and flow of the tides and crashing power of the waves mirroring the loss we feel.
Coastal blue spaces are known to have a healing effect on the human psyche, calming and reducing stress, providing a space where words are not needed. And for many of us, our favourite memories are tied to a coastal space. Childhood holidays, happiest days and our pets favourite places.

My home is full of the animals we have loved, and said goodbye to. Their ashes are the only physical proof that they existed, that they were loved, treasured and part of our family. We keep them close because we still want to keep them safe.

The wooden boxes sit on display, as a tether to all the love that has nowhere to go. A reminder of the responsibility we felt for them and the guilt we struggle to process at letting them go. That last act of kindness that sits heavily in our throats for years, catching us when we least expect it.

Finding a goodbye that feels worthy of that love feels a little like acceptance and closure. The pain doesn’t stop, but the fear of forgetting them does. For me, I found that in creating memorial jewellery for my family and I. Beautiful jewellery that holds ashes or hair, so that as we move forward, we carry them with us. Not forgetting, but accepting and remembering the love.

And the strangest part is that I have never been a jewellery wearer. My hands were bare and I rarely wore a necklace. But when we lost Aurora last year, I needed a physical anchor to her. Her loss was sudden and traumatic and I was absolutely not okay - the shock turned into anger that I could not save her and that she passed without us - the guilt was heavy to bear. I’m still not ready to say goodbye, I don’t think I will ever be. But carrying a little piece of her close to my heart every day feels fitting for the love we felt for her. Feeling the weight of a pendant somehow gives me comfort and reassurance - I reach for it constantly.
And that is why I created this business. Because I know I am not alone in these feelings and with each order I complete, I know there will be a little healing for the person receiving their jewellery. Whether we lose a loved one or a pet, our feelings are valid and very real.
